UNIVERSE

The following paintings are left-handed and inspired by images from the Hubble Space Telescope. I love the beautiful images with their dramatic and brilliant colours. I was fascinated with the way the images of vast areas of space had a similar quality to the volcanic landscapes of Lanzarote and even to the details of the butterfly wings.
