TRAINING
Sue began calligraphy in 1985 and studied on various courses, often with Fellows of the Society of Scribes and Illuminators (SSI). From 1991 to 1994 she studied on the Roehampton Correspondence Course and from 1993 to 1995 trained on the SSI Advanced Training Scheme. She then studied for a further year with SSI Fellows Richard Middleton and Susan Hufton. In 1996 she was elected Fellow of the SSI.
